05-09 mustang ambiant air temp sensor?

Do 05-09 mustangs have an ambiant air temp sensor? If yes, where is it located? Trying to figure out why my ambiant air temp readings are wonky on my aeroforce interceptor gauge. This summer it was showing ambiant air temps 30+ degrees cooler than actual, and yesterday it was showing an ambiant air temp 30+ degrees hotter than actual? Any ideas?

It comes from the maf in the form of iat. IIRC the interceptor doesn't display the same ambient as obd reports for other gauges. Like Dave it's inferred from the iat reading. Things are considered like vehicle speed, ect, etc. It can be very accurate if the vehicle is moving and has been moving for awhile. The stock tune will only allow an update if the car is moving 40mph iirc. I haven't looked at that part of the tune in awhile.

That's typ....just ignore it and instead use... "intake air temp" Then u are looking at the IAT....which is what you really want. I can read outside air temps on the radio display panel, far right side, in deg C or F. Sometimes the... 'ambient air temp' reads the same as the outside air temp on the radio display....and sometimes it reads higher...and sometimes lower. The outside air temp sensor is located on the lower grille on the driver's side on my 2010...it's accurate after you have driven 2-3 blocks, after being parked.
