05-10 GT valve cover question

Anybody know what year they changed the cover to newer design with fewer bolts? Thanks in advance!

Hmmmmmmm. I can't remember if the old valve cover will go on the new heads. I know they go the other way round though. What are you trying to do?

I'm de-modding my car and would like to put a stock valve cover back on so dealer won't know. I sold my stockers long time ago

So you need a set of the later valve covers with less bolts?

Yea. I just posted on WTB forum.

I think I have a set of the newer covers. But the older ones will work you just have to remove the excess bolts.

Yes they will work. I had 05-06 ones on my 09 at one point.
