'05 vs '10 tune...any difference?

Is there any differences in tuning the 3v 4.6 between a 2005 and a 2010?

I'm asking because a guy locally has a 2005 GT and is selling a SCT x4 tuner with Bama tunes. I want to buy it for my 2010. I understand I'd have to verify what tunes are on it.

You can't use those tunes anyway they are locked to the cars PCM code.
You would still need to get a tune for your car, but the device will work fine.
