06gt auto to manual pcm programming?

So I just had my car swapped to manual, I have read, read, searched, searched and searched. Does anyone have a contact or information on turning the auto stuff off in the ecu? Can it be done with hp tuners? I've read that some people have done this and their speedo's didn't work, others did it and it worked, I know i'm not going to have cruise control without hooking some other stuff up, but rite now I just want the check engine light off and car out of limp mode.

There are 2 settings in the coyote pcm, trans type, and trans load type. Something to that effect. SCT says set both to 0 (zero) when running a transmission that is not computer controlled. Than set your individual gear ratios in the manual transmission tab. I suspect there is something like that in the earlier 3v pcm.

Why dont you post on the hptuners forum? Heck your question may have been answered years ago, and it just a search away.

I did not fire up my SCT, but I do remember the options I mentioned were NOT under the transmission tab. I think it was under the "torque control" tab.

I have posted on hp tuners and i've been searching and searching all night long for 2 or 3 days now, it's kind of got me stressed out. I've also messaged eric on the hp tuners forum
