Does anyone know of a kit that would allow me to put a 13 inch rotor on my stock GT caliper? I know that baer makes the 14 inch one but I don't think my wheels will allow it. I would like to upgrade my rotors since I need to do a brake job anyways.
Thanks for your help

You can go with a Stoptech rotor that is slotted but stock size. I don't think 13" is much bigger than stock. You may also find slotted/drilled if that's the look you are going for

I am not sure what you mean but 2011+ mustang use different caliper brackets to accommodate a 13" rotor in the front if I am not wrong.

There is plenty of good replacement rotors but I was looking to go a little bit bigger just to help with leverage. I don't want to pay $600 on rotors and bracket from Baer and mount them just to have to resell it because my wheels won't fit. If I could find somebody that has the 14 inch upgrade and get them to measure from the furthest wheel stud to the furthest point on the caliper I could maybe see if the measurements will allow my wheels to go on or at least a little bit of hope lol.

Yes I know that but who makes a caliper and a bracket? I know Baer makes one but it is for a 14 inch set up.

I don't believe anyone makes a 13" kit for ours.

So the only choice is upgrading to 2011+ GT bracket and rotor. I am pretty sure you use your current caliper as they are the same. 13" just like you want. A search would have showed you that.

I think everything I search for is grouped together from 2005 to 2014 all be in the same brake. And I think it's a 12.8

2009-2010 GT rotors are not the size of 2011-2014 which are 13". If you don't want to believe me then good luck trying to find something.

Like I said, my stock brakes where too big for the 15" race star and I swap brackets and rotors from a 2010 gt. I know 2005-2010 gt rotors are smaller than the 2011-2014 gt for sure I just don't know how smaller. I think 2005-2010 gt are 12.5 vs 13" 2011-2014. Same caliper anyways.

This is just two of them, if it's different size I wish they would say so. I'm not arguing with you so you don't need to get so defensive.

The reason it shows from 2005-2014 is in 2011 they upgraded the v6 to use the same size brakes as the previous year GTs, hence the (GT/V6) application listing. The GT got an increase from 11.8" front rotors (per the size listed in your first link) to a larger 13.2" rotor while maintaining the same caliper with a new bracket.

This. If I were in your shoes, I'd just upgrade to the stock rotors/brackets from a 2011-2014 GT. You'll notice a difference.

If you are interested, I have a set of rotors/brackets that I took off my '13 GT with only a few thousand miles on them. I'll cut you a good deal on them, I just need them out of my garage. However, shipping will probably not be cheap. Brake rotors are pretty heavy. PM me if you want them.

The 05-09 GT front rotors are 12.4" in diameter. The V6's were smaller.

Which bracket? The 2011+ GT caliper bracket?

A dealership, or a Vendor who sells OEM parts on here such as Steve@Tasca Ford. It's not that hard to figure out.

It's unbelievable how helpful you are, sorry I don't know who Steve is and you know as well as I do dealerships try to screw you over as much as possible on price for parts. I have searched a lot of places on other websites and I don't see any other bracket. So excuse me for asking.
