15" Wheels for Daily Driver?

Anybody know of some 15" wheels that will hold up well for a daily driver? I'd love to get some Bogarts but have heard they're not the best option for street use (not to mention they cost so damn much lol). I've checked the 15" wheel thread but there wasn't any mention of how those wheels hold up for street use.

I drive my bogarts on the street, despite what everyone says. I only drive the car once or twice a week. Every, every day driving I would say no. I tippy toe around the pot holes on the street lol

Has anybody been able to use the 15x8 Jegs wheels up front? I read they won't fit but just wondering if anybody has heard otherwise.

i been wondering this same thing why is it bad to have 15's on if u are on the street

A lot of drag wheels are flexible and lugs come loose from driving around all day.

I used to run Weld Prostars, skinnies in the front, Hoosier Quick Time Pro slicks in the back daily for a year. This was also my only car at the time (an older 5.0 Mustang) so if it was raining, I was driving to work in it!

A lot of my friends have done the same. None of us ever had any problems, and this is in the DC area with HORRIBLE roads.

Well I know the 4 lugs come loose on the autobahn over here a lot. We had one guy almost die on the way to the track, the 5 lug may be a different story..

I guess it's an extra nut holding things tight. I just know the older 4 lug drag wheels (Skinnies) flex..

NO, they aren't the Weld rt's. The weld rt's are bout the same price as a set of bogarts. I wouldn't mind a set of those but no one has pics of them, I want to make sure they don't stick out of the wheelwell.

I posted some of a yellow car that has the RT's on it....he of course powdercoated them all black, but you get the idea....

Driving is ok i guess. The problem in DD is braking (yeah some people do).
