Interesting on the window sticker the engine is listed as "429 Cobra Jet". The 429 CJ didn't debut until 1970 in the Torino Cobra, and 71 in the Mustang.

I didn't even notice that on the Marti report that it says that. I'll look on the original sticker when I get a chance if it says the same thing.

That is in unbelievably good condition, and that documentation is such a plus. I don't think you will have this car on your hands for very long

Wow what a beautiful ride!! That's my most favourite Mustang of all time. I hope you find a good home for it. And if I win the lottery and you still have it, I'll be giving you a call.

I know it's beautiful and all but I just can't wrap my brain around paying almost a quarter million dollars for a 40 year old car. I know some people can afford to spend that kind of money on something that will sit in the garage and only get driven once or twice a year, but I can go rent practically any sports car in the world for that kind of dough.

Not a dig on Cam or his dad's beautiful car, just an observation.

Thanks guys. And Brian I understand you completely. My dad enjoys driving it every once and a while but it is hard to drive these things when some moron could be lurking around the corner not paying attention.

Other than that, this car is hella fun to drive and sucks so much air you can't even hear an exhaust note from the cabin, lol.
