specs on my car:
4.10's w/ true-trac
2010 TR6060 w/ .50 6th gear
eforce sc'er @ 500rwhp/450rwtq
15x10 race stars

i need to know what tire would work best with this setup strictly for the 1/4 mile. more specifically what height tire would be best so i'm not shifting at the last second.


also i'm wondering if it would be safe to drive to the track about 45 min on the highway using ET Streets and ET Fronts. not talking about DR's.


and yes i did search around and read the tire stickies, but they aren't specific to different applications

how high will you spin the motor?

I think the 27x10.5 will work for you. 6500 rpm = 126 in 4th


yes, you'd be fine to drive there and back, just drive smart

probably no more than 6500 w/ the stock shortblock. also not sure if it matters, but i'm at 6k feet in altitude
