2009 IMSM Racing series

The 2009 IMSM racing series is almost here. there have been some new and interesting changes to the series. the biggest change is the deletion of the bracket class and the introduction of the Street Brawler class. a 13.50 Heads up class. this is a new class this year, meant to give amateurs a place to start racing competitively or those whos cars might not be the fast enough to race in faster classes!

we need cars in all the classes so I hope to see some of you there. the 2009 Schedule is up on the IMSM website and we will be visiting: Great Lakes Dragaway, Byron Dragway, and Cordova Raceway. please if your interested ask me any questions and check out the IMSM website

12.50 ET cap
11.60 ET cap
10.50 ET cap
9.50 ET cap
8.60 ET cap
7.80 ET cap

Bump! there is a one race waiver for new racers, so you do not have to pay the membership fee! first race is in 6 weeks!

Yes and no....depending on who's enforcing the rules. Typically, a throttle stop is considered a bracket racing aid and is illegal in most index classes.

Shit...just take your programmer along and adjust your ET with shift points.
