2010 dyno

I have a 2010 GT with JLT CAI, JBA long tube headers, JBA offroad H, boomtubes, hot rod cams, and dyno tune. Only made 316 hp 311 tq on a safe tune. Does that sound about right? Or a little low? He found metal in the oil so he did a conserverative tune. Don't know about the timing or anything. Anybody recommend anyone in IL to get a better tune? I had it done at Sutton HP.

Seems a lil low, i made 300 hp/TQ on a Mustand Dyno (approx 324 Dyno jet based on 8% diff), i have Hotrods/CAI/Delete plates & had OEM cats at the time. Delete plates may be holding you back a bit but theres only a handfull of power to be gained by another tuner assuming your current tuner did an ok job, you may have a Monday motor that puts out a bit low, the engines fluctuate greatly in output from as low as 220 - 275 WHP from the factory, so...

You should post your Dyno sheets, its easier to make a comparison to other cars with the same or similair mods.

Metal in the oil?!?!?....does that not make you wonder something??

If you want a higher dyno number, use a dynojet, Then frame the dyno sheet..

A cam phaser broke, so he wasen't sure if it was from that. He said the heads and cams looked fine when he installed the hot rod cams, so i'm not really sure where the metal came from.

Well I had my car dyno tuned today....jba long tubes and offroad h-pipe, pypes mid muffler cat back, JLT cai, Comp mutha thumpr cams, and TPS tune. Car made 348rwhp (330 with correction factor)...mustang dyno.
