2011 front bumper support

Anybody here taken off a front bumper support before? I'm trying to install a joc tubular front bumper, and I already took off the four bolts holding down the stock piece and it doesn't budge at all.. Any help?

Shot you a PM, there are a few spot welds you have to drill out

I used a air chisel to cut the welds on mine.
