I have a 2012 that was in a wreck and harnesses were replaced and all else seems to be up and running but a few things are not.
Passenger window won't work but the door lock button does.
Passenger electric seat will not work.
Stop lights and rear directional won't work, rear hazards as well. Front work fine.
Everything else works great and the fuses seem to be ok.

Anyone????

I am sure you have probably checked them a hundred times but what about the ground wires?

Seems odd that none of the rear lights work? With a new harness the ground is the only thing that comes to mind as a first check item.

What portion of the car was in the wreck? My first thought would be to check for loose/damaged wires in the smart junction box behind the passenger kick panel.

It was a high front hit. The front fuse harness was replaced and the harness that runs into the passenger side panel from the engine bay. Actually that harness wraps around the entire front. On the rear lights, the driving lights come on as in when you hit the electric locks.

The only reason for changing the harness was a bunch of squashed wires that terminated into the main fuse junction. It's not making any sence

Fuses in SJB all good?

I'm not sure on the 2012 but on mine everthing you mentioned that doesn't work goes through the SJB.

Is there an online electrical manual available for the 2012?

With a schematic we can find out what the stuff that doesn't work has in common.

The passenger window and the passenger power seat both share the same ground. It is G203. It is located on the passenger side A pillar by the SJB. Check that ground.

http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=710&viewfile=151 - Component Location View page 19.

The passenger door lock uses G204 so that is why the lock works.

Also I was incorrect on the the seat control going through the SJB. It is powered directly by the BJB.

I'm still looking at the prints for the tail lights.
