2013 GT500 Gauges Install

So I want to start monitoring a few things on the car and I want to make all the installs as efficient and clean as possible.

For now I will use Ngauge to monitor the basics (IAT2, Knock). I will use FRPP gauges for:

• Oil Temp
• Water Temp
• Oil PRessure
• Boost PSI

For the oil temp and oil pressure I think it should be easy once I install MMR engine oil cooler. For the water temp I am having some issues deciding where would be the best spot or way to install it.

I found a couple of sleeves to install the sensor in line and American muscle sell them. IT looks to be the easiest way. Anybody has install a water temp gauge on this cars that could ad some tips for me?
