That's normal flow for my system anyway. This is with the engine off key on. When the engine is running it flows about the same but the fluid itself looks a lot more milky/disturbed.

OK the next picture I have here. The red outline is how kenne bell wanted you to route that hose. Under the silver AC line there instead of over it. If you follow their instructions you can end up with a high spot there which can gather a bubble.

That's just an example of how that type of bend/spot can be a problem. I would still check your clamps, etc. and do anything you can to avoid introducing air. Something is definitely screwed up if you are constantly having to purge the system. It should be a one time clear the system and forget about it thing.

hmm i have something similar to that, i just didnt want to mess with it since crownaviation placed the hose like that... bad281 moved the hose for me but it stopped a day after so I moved it back to where it was, Let me get you a pic... brb

When it's flowing it flows good from what I can see there in the videos. But man that is sure frothy liquid. Your system is as frothy when the motor is shut off as mine is when it's running. Look how calm in appearance the liquid is in my video with the motor off vs. yours. You see a few bubbles pass by here and there but there is no white froth at all.

I really think air is getting in there somehow or you are never getting all of it out.

yea i see that, very calm compared to mine.
i'll need to really check tomorrow and look around on the dob forum
