hey guys,
i have Basic Bolt on Car and i just switched over to get a Jon Lund Tune From BBR basically wanted A canned tune. just thought i shared my thoughts on the transition.

Mod List
Steeda pro flow intake
Boss intake Manifold
BBR X Pipe
Borla exhaust

BBR Customer service
was Great answered all my questions walked me through simple (NOOB) questions.

Jon Lund Customer Service
emailed him on a sunday morning had a response no later than an hour. you say could be coincidence? I received my tune Monday Night!!!

Glad you had better luck with Lund than I did. Every email I received from him took on average of 10-12 days for a reply.............Almost like they didn't want to sell me a tune or something for a simple bolt on car. It actually pisses me off that your service was that fast and mine was so shitty. Glad it worked out for you though.

I am starting to feel the same way.. but on the other hand, they're big, they're expensive (at least to me) and I can justify my car knowing I can out run a 5.0 and I don't even have 20k in my car.

Same here. Until I emailed asking for my money back. Got immediate response. And they processed my refund quickly.

They had my money for over a week and I hadn't gotten anything maybe that's why I got a refund..so I decided to try another avenue..which was almost equally as disappointing so then I said Fuck this and called Pro-Dyno to have it Dyno tuned.

2 and a half months and 3 files and the car still ran like crap. I asked for a refund and was told no because we sent you files.

So $200 for files that run like shit...

Didn't you guys know that being treated less than dirt, a 40 year waiting for any response and 20,000 revisions later for a crappy tune was COOL here???? You have the best running Mustang if you have one of these toons!!!!!!

I've sort of learned my lesson that it's probably best to get Dyno tuned- the e-mail tuners seem to all be overwhelmed and not really paying attention to most people.

I get it, it's race season- but don't take orders if you're not planning on filling them in a timely manner.
