I'm sorry that you had a poor experience with Lund, that truly is disappointing for me to read, I'm glad that you're happy with what is working for you now. It's an unfortunate thing in business that:

You can please all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot please all the people all the time

The only exception I can think of is when a certain vendor was being continually bashed over and over by a small group of members. In that case the owner of the site chose to do what he did about it.

Some members seem to be hell bent on bashing certain companies. If they feel that the board doesn't allow open debate. Then maybe those members should find a new place to post. Frankly I'm getting real fucking tired of the childish way it has gone on.

BBR tried to tune my Hellion car 6 times, wouldn't even run well under part throttle.

Lund got the car running as good as it could (with that shit ass turbo kit on it) the first time. <- ZERO driveability issues, just never really made the power I hoped for, but that's apparently the lesson I learned for using the Hellion single kit on a coyote).

No matter where you go for a service these days there are going to be good experiences and horrible ones. Mine was flawless and I got answers/emails quickly. I rep them whenever the subject comes up. I'd be willing to wait on Lund and Co. since I know what they gave me previously was QUALITY.

My thoughts exactly. I have a couple of friends locally that have Lund tuned cars and they run perfect.

2 and a half months and 3 files and the car still ran like crap. I asked for a refund and was told no because we sent you files.

So $200 for files that run like shit...

Dude, you can't complain. I spent 12 hours on a dyno and 3 months remote tuning!! Still couldn't get the DD down right, lets just say that was 900 dollars I was never going to get back.....
I do have a Lund tune and both John and Ken have been great. Thats just my experience, I like them some, don't. Just preference if you ask me.

... I cant help but say fuck MMR when I see people post stuff about MMR good or bad, when MMR cheated, lied and cheated me. Then spent many calls telling me bullshit stories to cover things up. If I had the cash I would bribe Kimmer and have him plaster FUCK MMR all over this site with a fuck mmr sticky thread.
