This cylinder head was purchased brand new and was shipped directly to us from Ford Racing in Livonia, MI. It has only been used to demonstrate our 5.0L 4V Coyote Valve Spring Compressor. It is in "new condition" and has been kept clean. We will need a core in exchange in case we need to shoot more video or pics of our valve spring compressor in use. What you see is what you get - no cams included.
