Can somebody give me a ballpark price of what I should expect to pay to have this issue fixed on a 2012 GT? And is there anything else that should be addressed while the transmission is out and disassembled?
Thanks

I wouldn't do just the 6th gear synchro as it is a lot of labor to go in there to just change one thing like that. Ben Calimer does great work on the MT82, try to contact him on Facebook and see what he charges/recommends.

My friend had a local place rebuild his 6060, labor only was about $450, he supplied the parts. He did carbon 2nd gear synchro, bronze pads, and a new second gear as well.

Just had mine out.

Replaced all gears and synchros that looked iffy (which was second and third).

Replaced the plastic shift fork pads and stop with bronze. (AMP - www.mt82.net)

New clutch and throw-out bearing.

Stainless steel hydraulic line.

Blowfish racing bracket and whiteline transmission mount insert.

no more issues shifting. Can bang every gear at 7k.
