Brisk design allows for easy setting of the spark plug gap, without requiring a specialized spark plug gapping tool, as well as unshrouding the spark plug flame allowing for better flame front dispersion. This improves power and contributes to gas mileage as well. Spark plugs last up to 50,000miles in stock applications. Due to Ford 3V cylinder head design Brisk recommend to inspect the plugs periodically and readjust the gap. (suggested gap for stock applications is ~0.40", modified applications ~0.35")
