Drivability is a huge issue for me. This isn't my first rodeo and I've learned the hard way that you can't always have your cake and eat it too as you want to go faster. I want to touch 11's and that will be my final goal. I really don't want long tubes or an X pipe. I'm stuck between 4:10's with a CF/Aluminum drivesfaft or a Circle D TC instead of the Drivehaft and gears. I think either of those will put me there. I haven't heard too much feedback on the Circle D with every day driving highway and city. all input appreciated.

What 1/4 mile times are you running now? Either 4.10s or a converter should get you there but the converter will put you deeper in the 11's(imo).

I did the driveshaft and not the gears,,,,I have 331's because i got them free..The stock gears are fine with the auto,,You will go through the traps in third gear ..She will still leave good in first because of the tranny gearing,,1st gear is 417 not 240 or 280......

The car is in the 12.30's now. How is the daily drivability with a TC?

Thanks MOD for moving this:flip2:!!!!! The thread really is getting bombarded with assistance since:clap:. A "Gt500 hid kit" is 5.0 tech but making one go faster isnt? Yeah ok.....:mad2:

And acting like that towards a mod isn't going to get you anywhere fast around here except for your name being in PINK

i have a 2011 a6.. i just got a amazon tune and LOVE IT.

mod list:
steeda cai
4.10 gears
bbr xpipe
circle d 2800 stall.

car runs consistent 11.9's in cool weather.. 12.1 in 100+ heat.

the drivability of the circle d is awesome... cant really tell its not stock unless im racing. circle d was recommended to me as a stall and i am very glad i got one.

I don't kiss anyones ass , "Mod" or no "mod". I just love Stangs and want to share info on being faster. Kill stories etc. This forum looked like it was a little more on the edge(like I am) so i joined it. Some pussy forums you can't even post about smoking a Camaro. Many "Mods" have a God complex because they have ability to mod the forum. Alot of technical information could be added in this thread for guys wanting a little more out of their car. if asking about modifications to go faster isn't technical, then I don't know what is. But oh no... This is just "Chit Chat":ok:.... You won't see me doing this to a Mod:asskiss3:. So put me in pink or whatever the punishment is by the almighty. I really don't know if I could take it.

No one here is kissing ass. If you stick around long enough, which it seems like you won't be, you will understand why this is the best forum on the internet, period.
It's a tight knit community and we look out for our mods because they look out for us.
So either STFU and quit bitching or move onto mustangforums.com or some other Kiddie forum.
