ABS Trouble

Hello everyone. I recently got 2 ABS codes (C1A99-2F & C1A99 - 17) in my 2012 3.7l Mustang, followed by "Service Advancetrac" and both TC lights illuminated. After some research i happen to believe my ABS pump and/or module is bad. That being said i have a guy local with one off a wrecked car and the s# matches all the way up until the last 2 digits. I have access to Forescan and have no problem with reprogramming the module, but i was unsure if the s# would cause issues not being the same. Does it matter the s# if i plan on reprogramming, or do i need to find an exact match?

That should be no issue as it will need to be programmed once in the vehicle.
