My friend and I were driving and having fun racing each other back and forth.... We get to his house and turn off the cars about 10min later we decide to go to park and meet up with some our other friends with very fast cars.. He turns the key and the motor won't turn over, we thought the motor locked up... I checked the engine oil it was Literally less than 1 quart of engine oil in the car...whats wierd the internal factory dashboard gauges didn't state the car was running hot, didn't state the oil was low, we run a system check and dashboard still says oil pressure is fine and everything else is O.K..... so we try turning the crank by ratchet and it won't turn; at 1st we assume the motor locked up b/c no oil, but then he turns the key and i see the crank try to turn.. So we removed the belt from off the motor and try to spin all pullies we discover the AC compressor was locked and won't spin..... Now we have the motor firing up with the belt off...we go buy a new ac compressor and install it.....Now everytime i turn the ac in his car it blows a fuse.... so i get another ac compressor b/c i'm assuming they gave him a bad one... same thing happens...so i look at the wireing diagram and everything looks fine, then i call a real ford mechanic from dealership and he looks at ac compressor and says we hooked all the wires right and best thing was to put in shop...... But i know b/c he has PAXton superchargeer 2200 and other bolt-on's they won't warranty the car until we pull that stuff off...... My question is what could be causing the Ac compressor fuse to constantly blow when we turn the AC on if all the wiring is hooked up correctly. My next question is it in the tune as to the reason why the dashboard didn't come on telling him his oil was low??...glad i have aftermarket gauges in mine.

Compressor coil could of shorted out
also i have my stock a/c compressor. FOR SALE i never use a/c so i tam taking it off with the turbo install

But if the system locked up you will for sure have metal shavings in the orfice tube and through out the system so please get it flushed. Or you will be running into the same issue within 4-6 months

Did you try it with the plug not connected to the AC clutch,
with no power the pulley should spin free, only should
engage when power is on clutch coil.
