http://bit.ly/1P11HX2I've heard of using the anti-fouler things to space out the rear O2 sensors, but I've also seen it's a lot of trial and error. And I've really been considering LT headers for the sound.

I have 2 of those and it passed without any tune changes. I have had tune changes since, and there was no change in how the ODB scanner saw my car.
I'll leave this right here lol

Hell, the OP has a couple pages of good advice but he hasn't even bothered checking in since the day he posted this thread. Another example of why I try not to reply to newbies very often.

14-16rwhp from a catless x-pipe is very common. Add a tune and 30-40rwhp is not unhead of. All you really need to do power wise for a solid 11 second car.
So these little gizmos have miniature catalytic converters built into them? Genius.

Damn these Maryland emissions inspections!

NYS has gone above and beyond in fucking over the enthusiast. They now check for reporting as well as readiness. As in, the computer can't just have it disabled. It will show as not reporting, and then fail. The tuner needs to know how, and be willing, to force readiness. Get ready for more ODB states to follow suit, too.Just turn the sensors off in the tune. No reason to mess with adapters/minicats/etc.

Just get the JEGS Cat delete pipes and swap them over when it is time for inspection.
Do you have a handheld programmer? I know a few of the tuners know how to set readiness, the key is to talk to them via the phone and let them know what you need. No, it's not that easy...
...because Maryland is the same way. The emissions test checks for disabled sensors.
If there was more room under the car, I'd V-band the cats and install them and a different tune right before inspection.
