I'll go ahead and ask for help here.I have a Aeroforce gauge and It's working fine but I'm having trouble setting it up.

I followed the instructions to have it show oil pressure in PSI but It's not correct.

I entered 37.5 and -18.7 for slope and intercept per instructions but this is not working as the pressure is reading like 160

also under platform 4 I do not have the BSB1 option I beleive it is B1S1 instead.

I'm only using it for A/F ratio and oil pressure and the AF works fine but I'm having trouble with the analog #2 showing oil pressure in PSI

I have the correct pressure sensor kit.Any help would be appreciated

What are you using to read a/f ?

The 2011s have factory widebands in it so it'll display a/f once he figures out the programming

I just bought a dual aeroforce gauge setup from Lethal last week and its set for delivery today. Got my fingers crossed everything works properly.

Is the split cable that comes with the dual gauge long enough to reach both center vents, if I was to mount 2 Roush gauge pods in those vents?
If you don't know for sure, can you tell me how long the cables are to the gauges after the split in the main cable? Thanks

I believe it is a 9' cable. I know I had to hide a ton of cable in the pillar to take up the slack.

Just to update , gauges came in today, everything works as expected. The packaging was a little iffy. Seemed like a box of legos inside had me worried. The butt connector the plugs into the OBDII port popped off during shipping and needs to be glued back on. Honestly no complaints for Lethal, but honestly for 400 bucks for two gauges I would have expected a little better packaging, maybe Im just being really picky but much like buying Apple products I expect an experience when opening something expensive :( Only time will tell if the connections are tough enough to withstand an occasional tug/movement.

I just need to get things figured out for the oil pressure.Everything else works perfect because it is coming straight from the computer.

A/F was instant as soon as I plugged it in as well as all the other available parameters
the oil pressure needed a sensor and is using one of 2 analog inputs on the gauge.

when I put in the required slope and intercept for my sensor I do not get the correct oil pressure in PSI.

It's a little frustrating because Lethal has directed me to Aeroforce and I have had no luck contacting or getting any response from them.

If there is anyone else out there with a 2011 5.0 that is using this gauge and one of the analog inputs what slope/intercept are you using?

I will get it sorted one way or another :)

Mine shows 195 when runnig normal,,,,

Same as mine. Since these engines don't have an actual coolant temp sensor, the inferred value just isn't 100% accurate. The stock thermostat is actually a 180.

I'll do my best to contact Todd or Bob at Aeroforce tomorrow and see about the oil pressure slopes.

Once I get the answer I'll post it up.

Otherwise I'm glad you're happy with the gauges. They're pretty bad ass. I've got one in my 03 and 11 and couldn't be happier.

The total length is 9' correct? So on a dual gauge setup, how much of that 9' is after the cable split?

On the dual gauge the cable splits at the OBDII connector. So both cables are 9'.

Hope that helps.

Just installed my Aeroforce gauge I got from Lethal. Seems to be working good. The only thing I notice is when the headlights come on the gauge reboots itself sometimes.

Here's a stupid question. Are the dual guages just 2 of the single guages and if so why do you need 2?

Thanks

Yes, it is two individual gauges shipped with an OBD II splitter cable to allow you to run them both at the same time. The gauges only show two parameters at a time. It can cycle through various parameters on a timed schedule, but you might want to have some parameters that never change on one of the gauges and then have the second gauge scanning through the others. You can also set up different shift lights for the the individual gauges. You might want it to flash red on the bottom gauge at 7k RPM and then have the top gauge go red at 7400. Then there's the reason why I bought two... they look cool.

Thanks jsnyng that makes sense. As someone else asked if the cable is split at the OBD II port then we should be able to use two of the Roush vent kits to mount them? Again THANKS

P.S> Alo interested in which color to to purchase. Looking for the easiest to read daylight ie: black/white or black/blue.

This isn't a great picture, but it's what I had on my phone. The numbers look a little washed out in the pic because I've got it on parameters that are always fluctuating, so the camera shutter didn't really account for that. I think the way I have it is easier to read than having it inverted.

thanks Jared I've been in touch with Todd and He's helping me with my issue.

It looks like the sensor may need to be replaced.I'm happy with my gauges and the SOS tripple pod from Lethal and I'm sure I will get this oil pressure deal sorted as well.
