Thank you everone for the wonderful comments. I am definitely glad I chose the wheels. Thanks to JPC!

Rear tires are the 275-40/15 MT ET Streets. I was hitting 1.7 60's. My first run was pretty shaky since it was my first time at this track and I was nervous as hell with the new wheel set up. But once I let her rip on the first run, I was fine. I was launching at 5k. I need to get her up to 6k so I don't bog so much between 1st and 2nd. The bad clutch doesn't help either. Oh well.......

Weird. I ran 275/50/15 555Rs on my 15x10 Racestars and they looked tiny compared to yours, lol. Yours looks perfect.

They're the 26x11.5x15 ET Streets, which I THINK translates to roughly the same sized 275/40 series ET Street radial she used to use. I'll have to check the math...

A 275/40/17 is a 26" tire so a 275/40/15 would be a 24" tire.

Car looks great. I was close to getting a tire off the ground last fall. I think if I had Bogarts and skinnies on the front I would have done it. THe big 18x9's on the front were holding it down like an anchor. lol.

Thank you for that clarification. Math isn't my favorite subject, lol. I hope to have her up by the end of the season.

That would make it about equilavent to a 275-50 not a 40...or that would only make the tire 23.66" tall :thumb:
