EDIT: I'm slowly looking back through it for the information I'm going use to replace the timing parts on my engine. I've never done any engine work but I'm going to try and grow a pair and do the valve springs, retainers & seals, lash adjusters, timing chains, tensioners & guides myself this winter. I'm nervous about it but I'm looking at it as a learning experience. My biggest fear is the valve springs since I have to pressurize the cylinders to keep the valves from dropping down.
