I looked at the Steed, J&M, and Maximum motorsports camber plates. All I really want them for is to be able to have my camber set for street use, then add in more negative camber for track days and AutoX. I've noticed the price difference between the lowest priced and highest price ones is about $100. I've been able to find the J&M camber plates for under $230 and the Maximum Mororsports camber plates, which also allow caster adjustment, are closer to $330. The Steeda part is in between the two for price. Are there any other brands I should consider?

I have my Koni sports here and ordered springs recently.Once I get everything installed, I plan to get an alignment done with me in the driver's seat. Then I'll mark the street setting on the camber plates so I can go back to it after I'm done with my track day.

i have the maximum motor sports CC plates

and it is very easy to get a camber gauge from MM and do it your self it is like 50 bucks. and then you can play with different amounts of camber

I have the J&M, they are STOUT. The only advantage to the MM plates is the caster adjustment, and the S197 really doesn't need any additional caster, at least outside of a dedicated track car.

+1 on the J&M. Installed them with the FRPP Handling Pack and from what I can tell, there's no noise and it feels stiffer than when I just had the Handling Pack installed.

FWIW, when you play with your camber, your toe can change too. Dave didn't seem to think it would change an amount that could ruin a set of tires, but something to consider.

I used to have this idea that I would change camber settings back and forth, but if you aren't running a lot of camber, just set it and forget it. Two degrees will be fine for the street.

I sell MM and Steeda both.

Is the car a street car, or an all out track car? If it's a street car, I'd recommend the Steeda HD Mounts. It's a bonus they'll save a few bucks, but more to the point they are quieter than the plates that use a spherical bearing inside.
