I switched from Nitto "extreme drag" radials to et streets on a 95 gt that I had, no question the et streets hooked better.

Cool, you'll love them. The tread is much more streetable looking vs the first gen M/T drag radials. The wear is the same and depending on how you drive and how often you track your car they might not last long lol

Sounds good. I rarely get to drive my car anymore having two child seats (kids) and a rottie to haul around most of the time. And I have a pair of hoosier slicks for he track. So they should last me a while. What are people getting as far as milage goes? Maybe 5000ish? That should last me a year or 2...haha.

Best price I found was through a company called rpmmotorsportsnc.com I stumbled on a post made referencing the on an LS1 site that came up in google. Their prices were cheaper and the best thing is free shipping. You would have to call this guy Ryan directly at 991-661-7947 they do not list them on the website I paid $578 shipped for two 265/40-18

If you happen to get caught in the rain, let me know how it goes. I'd imagine not very well...lol. I know the original ET Street DR's are a handful. Wondering if these will be a little more manageable due to a more street-able tread pattern. But I think the slickness comes from the soft compound.

I got them from rpm motorsports in NC, they don't list them on their site had to call. Paid $578. What size did you get these are 265/40-18. Summit was the next best price I could find

That's a 27.3" tire vs your 265/40/18 rears being a 26.3".

I would be looking to go with a 255/45/18 for the front. Honestly, with a diameter difference that great, i would be affraid of it tripping the abs and looking weird

I ran 26" front with 27.3" rear without abs issues... but it did give it a nose down rake.

StangEd....Ordered the same size 265/45-18. Also have some new Continental Extreme Contact DW in 255/45-18 for the fronts.

no issues, works fine, when they are new they are ok in the rain.


I had 2 sets, very pleased with them, 17 psi at the track was my sweet spot - pulled 1.6x 60's

BTW - this size has been covered here in a few threads previously - searching works - try it.

Not yet. should be soon...I had been trying to locate 2 spare 18x8.5 bullitt rims to mount them on and keep my stock set together, but I'm not having any luck so I'm just going to have them put on.
