I have an 07 mustang GT that I did a swap from Auto to manual. I swapped everything wiring and all. Never had an issue. I took that PCM out and put it in another 07 that I just lost in a wreck. I couldnt get my PCM back out because I lost the KEy to the PCM I placed in my car. That PCM has a turbo tune on it and i am stock. I have the Auto PCM that came out of my car and a Manual PCM that has a turbo tune with no key. What options do I have to get my car back up and running?

PATS programming. Vlinker usb and Forscan (need laptop) should be able to program keys, MUST have TWO keys to complete programming.

The Key for PATS to match the Computer.

Oh, OK. I would the manual computer and have them program keys to it and then load a stock tune into it. Or you take your auto one and have it swapped to a manual tune and then program keys to it. If you don't have access to tuning programs you would have to go to the dealer.
