I've had it on the car since November. Sorry no pics of the 02 because it's still on the car. If you want to know what kind it is it's a Bosch sensor (LSU 4.2).

Do you have the bung still? I would need that to weld in above the other 2 O2 sensors.

The bung is part of my h-pipe now. Any shop worth going to will be able to supply you with a bung. Won't cost you more than a few bucks. Any automotive store will also have them in stock.
