backspacing question

im gonna order some rpf1's in 17x8 35mm offset and 17x9.5 38mm offset. will this give me enough backspacing to clear everything?

They will both stick out to far.

I would say for a 17x8 you want a +30 to +32 and on the 17x9.5 you want +45 to +48.

Well that's not the only problem I'm running into. Our cars have a 70.5 hub bore and the rims I want come in 73 center bore. So will they still work?

You will be counting on the lug nuts to keep the wheel centered. Not a great idea. You will get vibration and if the lug vibrate loose, you will loose the wheel.
