had some extra cash layin around so......... got my hotrod cams in the mail only after two days!!! i'm pumped as hell, what gains did everyone see? any tips on instalation?

Nope, I ordered them Friday afternoon. In that other thread I mentioned longtubes going with the cams because I want longtubes as well.

think i'll have any problems running the 3.55s till after summer when the gas prices improve? then i'll switch to 3.73s

3.73s will actually help your mileage around town. But why not go with 4.10s? They will make your Stang feel like a totally different car. I can pretty much guarantee that you will be disappointed with the 3.73s. Not really a significant difference between 3.55s and 3.73s. Congrats on the Hot Rods BTW, you are going to love them.

I wish I would have stayed with the 3.55's. If you plan on getting boost one day - 3.55's or 3.73's

my end goal is getting boosted. that's why i wanted to stay with a lower gear but not too low and i'm getting a six speed on my birthday to my knowledge that's the only reason i'm going up in gearing!
