This package will work on a V6, but it was not designed for it.

It will probably work very well actually.

the front may sit a small bit higher becuase of the weight difference between the 6 and 8 cylinder engines. but the car will still handle very well, especially since the 6 wont break the tires as easily as the 8 when actually using the package. this is not a dig at 6ers so please dont take it that way

Just out of curiosity, what are the rear control arms made of? It mentions they're TIG welded, but are the TIG welded steel or aluminum?

The rear control arms are made of DOM Steel.

We have applied a pretty generous discount on our components in this kit, somewhere around $90 off of the BMR Manufactured parts included in the kit.
