IF I were in California I would do a CARB compliant blower, gears, maybe torque convertor and an electric water pump. Everything else can be problematic with the new and improved smog testing in CA.
Really? Wow I didnt know that. I really want some aftermarket camshafts. The sound and adds some power with staying N/A. I daily drive this car so I'm against forced induction at this time.
Really, cams should be done with long tube headers though. You get the best gains this way and the long tubes help mitigate some of the bottom end loss with the cams. If you can afford it, forced induction is the way to go- really I have less than the cost of a supercharger in all my n/a mods and I did them over the course of 10ish years (have owned the car for 14 years as of this year)
