Hurry up and ship my shit! Lol j/k... when i get big I wanna order a fore setup. For now your old setup will suffice

Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk

Just got home...Hitting the gym and then tackling the uninstall! I will get it out tomorrow.

And this system will do great numbers, I just dont have time to waste since this is my DD. I got to get it on the road, tuned, and be as reliable as possible. I can't keep trailering the car back and forth to the tuner which is over 100 miles away to keep having problems.

Yea so you are probably thinking close to 800whp huh? That's pretty bad ass man. I am gonna try to hit about 550whp or so and be done. Well at least with this car then later on move on to something else. How long do you think before you FINALLY get it dialed in lol

If I hit 800, I will be surprised. But I will be running a conservative street tune around 15-16psi and an aggressive race tune @ approx 21psi w/ c12.

I will be happy with whatever - just want to get it dialed in and be done with it. I hope it doesnt take too long to get dialed in. Hopefully once I get the fuel done, I will have it dialed in during a single dyno tune session.

You will need every supporting mod in the book to make 650-700rwhp with that 2.6L kb. Realisticly tou will be around 600rwhp with this build. If you want more I would go for ST sheet metal intake and the biggest tb you can get. Also will most likely want to upgrade the heat exchanger.

Your gonna need a least a 2 pump setup and bap for your goals and least 60lb injectors you have, i would stick with them and see where that gets you. As you will soon find that a build like this is going to start costing more and more money left and right. (i run 60lb injectors and twin 255lph ford gt pumps with a 40amp bap and made 650rwhp and that about the limit for my fuel setup.)

There is no need at all for a larger oil pan on our cars unless you just want it. Our capacity is already 6 quarts+ and the stock oil pan has a factory windage tray. If you add a 7 quart pan the car is going to take 8quarts+ to fill.
My car takes 7 quarts to fill already with just a slighter bigger oil filter and relocation kit.

Also get yourself a ford 3v gasket kit for when you put everything back together.

Not saying you was wrong, but I would just like to say I hit 605hp the other day with only 1 fuel pump..lol The other pump kept going out...Oh, and that was only at 15psi...I still had my smaller pulley to put on + c12

Why not try the new shell race fuel? The Shell URT Advance. Looks like good stuff. I'm anxious to get my hands on some.

Small Update:

Started on my new fuel system:
Fore triple hat installed. Going to do all the lines/regulator/filter this weekend

Put the correct fittings on the Ice Box and pump instead of just a rubber hose clamped on the end:

I hope I don't crave that much power because that fuel system looks crazy to set up! Hope your issues are done after you finish it up.

It's actually not that crazy. Just takes time to piece it all together, makes the lines, hook it up, etc...

And thanks, I hope this is the last hurdle. Everyone including myself is riding my ass about this car and the problems/money Im sinking into it. Yes, I am riding my own ass. haha! Im tired of the issues and can't wait to get a new DD. Right now Im leaning heavily on f150 ecoboost. The raptor is in my head but I know I will want to modify the crap out of it and dont want to do that

Update to my "try to be successful but I fail" night...

Started off good. Got all my old fuel lines, fuel filter, etc out of the car (Point of no return)
Fuel.jpg

Still going strong. Got the lines on the fuel hat hooked up as well as the return line. Also got them ran down to through the tiny hole beside the chassis and the fuel tank (for those that have done this install you know its a PITA!!!)
fuel1.jpg

What the bottom looks like where all the fuel lines are being fed from the hat to the bottom of the car.
fuel2.jpg

Having subframe connectors make it alot harder for this installation.
fuel3.jpg

Feed line and aeromotive fuel filter sitting in place (not mounted)
fuel4.jpg

Got the lines for the fuel rails hooked up and ran to where the regulator will be mounted
fuel5.jpg

Now, where my success makes a complete 180* and leaves me in the dark. I bought the feed line and return line from a friend who had the same system in his Mustang. But for some reason after I ran the lines, they are not long enough??? I have them routed the same way, and both ends are under the brake booster. Can not get them to budge anymore since they are maxed. Sooooo, Im stuck. I don't have anymore braided line or -an fittings to complete it! I'm dumbfounded of why they are not long enough. They are about 1.5-2ft short since they have to go from the bottom of the brake booster to the front of the strut tower.

Also, I have to modify the bypass valve (even more) to clear the Fore fuel rails. Many people say the Fore rails will not fit with the KB, but I'm almost there at getting mine to fit. It only needs minor trimming and I'm golden. Once I do that, all I have to do is mount the SC, install TB, intake, and belt.

Hopefully I will figure out the fuel system issue soon. I need to get this car back on the road.

Oh man so close! At least you were able to get a bunch of it done. Can your buddy come over to double check your routing and make sure its the same, and you didn't make a turn somewhere not needed? Might just be an over site and easy fix, and free compared to new hoses if its just a mistake.

Have no idea...and there is only way to run these lines. Down the opening beside the fuel tank, down the frame rail, and up below the brake booster until it gets to the regulator...

my cousin works at a shop and they have braided lines/-an fittings. I just called to see about making some extension pieces with fittings on both ends. Will be under the car so you would never see the addition to the line. But it will be Monday before we could get it done....Or, I could redo all the lines from the hat to the yblock and make them longer
