Boss 302 intake back to stock intake

Hi guys first time poster. I have a 2012 California special I bought with a boss 302 intake and tune installed. I swapped back to the stock intake so I can add a shaker hood. Does the tune need to be changed? Thank you.

If you kept the same cold air intake, same throttle body, and same injectors, it’ll run fine. There may be some fine tuning that could happen in the mid range area, but it’ll be fine.

You could always watch your fuel trims on a scanner and make sure they are as close to zero as possible.

Probably better off tuning back to stock. Assuming you have the hand held device.
