I have a bs3 now and it's giving me hell. The car can't decide if its a 8cyl or 6cyl.
Just letting you know the install can be a pain.
The big stuff doesn't like our crank trigger wheel and sensor setup.
ALOT of people are having problems with bs3 reading 29 on the crank signal when it's suppose to be 28 and it'll only run on 6 cyl.

But, +1 on the JPC bs3 package. I bought all my sensors and system through them. Really digging the throttle cable set up!! :D

We some times have to modify the cam gear to get the 28 UEGOR

In extreme cases we have had to cut a tang off and move is 1/4 inch to get the proper reading.

All your issues should be the cam gear not the crank

does the BS3 have a built in boost controller?

yes but its only got a few stages

The AMS 1000 is pretty legit as far as boost controllers go you can do as many stages as you want.

Or there are some new controllers thats seem to have alot of positive things going for them. I cant comment on them. i have only used AMS 1000
