So for $1400 I would be able to fix the weak links to sustain 600whp on a paxton 2200SL? This is all new to me coming from imports. Sorry to threadjack I'm just trying to plain my winter mods list:beerchug2: thanks for all the info US-1.
The $1400 is for parts alone. You'd still need machine work, balancing, and assembly. Add in a good oil pump with billet gears as well. You're looking at $3200 or so before the oil pump.

Would the rod/piston combo need to be rebalanced with the stock crank or are the weights very similar? Im also interested
Yes, you'd need to have the rotating assembly rebalanced.

Yes, you'd need to have the rotating assembly rebalanced.

You wouldn't have to take the crank out, right? Just get the piston/ rods balanced as a set.
