Your car is looking good, but you should have painted the head unit green too, that would have looked good.

Yeah its something I could do for the future....I was debating with my buddy whether to go green or black with the head unit. I plan on painting the manifold back black too, or possibly just buy the JPC or C&L one.

Nice pics/vids. Car sounds great.

I would definately put some color on the head unit though. It kinda looks out of place with the painted pipes and valve covers. Also it may just be me but IMO the color green you used kinda clashes with the car. I wonder if you could find some highland green in a spray can...that would look tits.

It appears you have only the pass. side valve cover vented with a breather. If so you should also have one on the drivers side to eliminate unmetered air from entering the manifold.

The drivers side has a special tube that is sent with the kit that has a regulator in it I think....I blew it off the first night and the car went wacko on me, so I think the piece needs to be there, or else I would have.

Maybe ask Brenspeed about it. Im sure they'll have an answer.

Did you ever get the plugs in? Solve your problem?

I'm still indecisive on the wheels....I need to go back to 18s or lower. Im worried about running a set of bogarts during its daily driving in the summer.

You go through parts like a crazy man... Sucks you just bought those wheels and now have to sell. I guess hindsight is 20/20!

Oh yeah, STILL waiting on my paxton to arrive.:handjob: Longtubes and BAP are in so Im running out of prep work. All I have to do now is swap crank pulleys. Tony talked to Paxton and they said it would ship out early this week. We'll see...

Haha yeah I do...just trying to get everything perfect. Takes some swapping to do so.

Yeah it takes a little time, it will drive ya nuts. Are you switching to an 8-rib kit?

No 8 rib for me. Dont think Ill need it just yet. Im gonna run the stock Paxton pulley to the tuner and if I want a little more power Ill swap it out for a 3.33. Im hoping the stocker gets me around 12psi and 500rwhp...

How much boost are you seeing?

I dont have a boost gauge yet so I'm not sure what kind of boost im making. I'm just running the stock pulley as well right now. I think Brenspeed said around 8-10psi with my mods, prob more towards the 8 side.

Looks nice! Did I miss the pictures of the short block?

Didnt post any pics of the shortblock. I got the block and car back fully assembled. I just pulled the valve covers off to switch the cams back to stock, and painted them green.

I dropped the car off to the guy with the rotating assembly, cams, springs...etc. He pulled the motor, rework the heads, machined the block and put the rotating assembly in for me. He called me when it was finished, and I trailored it to get it retuned.

I have been looking over some wheel and tire combo that will be better suited for me and I have narrowed it down to a couple ideas... I'm gonna by a set of rear drags 15" wheels with a set of 325 MTs for the track.

Because I liked to use the car as a daily driver in the summer months. I'm gonna go with either a set of black saleen 5 spokes 18x9, 18x10 with 255/45/18 and 285/40/18 Nitto Invos

Or a set of 17x9, 17x10.5 03-04 cobra wheels and paint them black with 265/40/17s, and 315/35/17 sumitumo tires (package offered by LMR)

Do you no longer have your stock wheels?? I would just roll on race wheels during the summer then toss the stockies on for the winter or when you want a true sleeper look
