why didnt you do the same to the valve covers that you did to the intake? if you sell you should trade me manifolds

Its hard to set the carbon pattern on the covers because of all the ridges and high points.
Only way to really go about getting that texture is hydro dipping, which isnt in my budget.
I have Kendell & Sons, who are local to me in Wanatah doing the powder coating. He is charging me $95 for both covers, that includes blasting and full prep work so I went ahead and had him take care of it.
Plus the powder coating is alot more durable then the paint.

I picked up a pair fairly new Continental ContiSport 255/40/18s tonight from a member on the CMC for $100, they have about 85% tread life left and I couldnt pass on the deal, better than dishing out $500.00 for two new ones.
I will have them mounted, balanced and an alignment done later this week.
I also recieved a Canton stainless overflow tank from Gus aka INTRUDER as payment for the wire tuck on his Twin Turbo monster. So I plan on getting that mounted up as well. Thanks again Gus.
The SLP Loudmouths will be removed later this week as well to be swapped for a different system. They will be up for sale for $180 shipped. They are basically new.

Yup, I'm talking with John @ BBR about getting some of the Billet Stage 1s, I was gonna go with the FRPP Hot Rods, but his seem to perform better.

Yeah, they have a good sound as well....I think the stage IIs require springs though. If I was gonna go that route I would just pick up those 127300s, springs, and retainers that are for sale.

These are my old Bronze SVEs....just got them back and yes the exhaust is different. I have no pics of the wire tuck, it was done on Gus's TT setup.

Grabbing the newly custom powdered valve covers tomorrow....hope to have them on this weekend.
