is there a better caliper that fits in the stock brackets. i don't wanna go bigger just better.

What year car do you own? Didn't Ford upgrade the brakes on the 2011 models with the launch of the 5.0s, or was it just the v6 that got the upgrades?

Then get pads, rotors, and stainless lines

This; I upgraded to SS lines and Hawk pads and it made a big difference.

As to the comment about getting the 5.0 stuff; the 2010's are the same as the 2011+ but you need to get the larger bracket to accomodate the larger rotors...the 05-09's need the caliper, brackets and rotors to work.

I got the 2011+ brakes and theres really no difference, except they look better. Look on roush overstock on ebay.

05-10 GT has 12.6 rotors and 11+ have 13.2 rotors with new spindles to fit the rotors. The calipers are the exact same. 11+ V6's have the GT brakes from 05-10 I remember right.
