Alright, last night.. no problems. Started the car up this morning it seemed to hesitate to start. Didn't think much of it.. went to a friends house, about 8 hours later, tried starting it again and it did the same problem.. i shut the car off and turned it back on .. this time, the entire dash went black for a couple seconds then came on. Got the car home.. tried disconnecting the battery, check voltage with key on and car on thru the predator, seemed alright. Now i try to start the car, all the dash lights flicker, windows won't go up when you click them, you have to hold it up and when shutting the door when it's off.. the window doesn't reposition itself.. it just stays which leaves the window half out of the weather stripping. Car once started, seems fine... it's just the start up is real slow, lights flicker and the window problem....

Any ideas? And its an 05 Gt.. manual. Any help would be a ton great, thanks!

Sounds to me like a bad battery. Just because the voltage reads correctly doesn't mean that it's putting out enough amperage. Also, the thing with the windows would be because you had an electrical issue probably with the door open or windows down and now you need to have your window motor re-learn the auto-up ability. I had that issue when my last battery was going bad and I started the car with the door open, which I do alot, and then the windows started acting like yours.

I'd start by taking the connectors off the battery terminals and clean them as well as the battery's terminals. Then, if that doesn't help, get the battery and alternator checked out.

My 1st battery lasted 13 months and now if I'm not going to drive it for over a week I put a battery tender on. No problems since 06.

Hey guys, thanks for the comments. Changed the battery out, found one of the terminals messed up .. so fixed that and it started right up, doesn't seem weird at all. Thanks again
