Car runs fine then all of a sudden when it sits it will crank no start. So sometimes starts sometimes won't, but when car runs runs fine

Not sure. What's going on? Change the fuel filter car will run fine when it starts. And sometimes it would just crank and crank and crank and nothing not sure. If I have a bad fuel pump or some other kind of electrical issue, it's a four point six liter supercharged saleen

Particularly P0191 code. Fuel rail pressure sensor not happy.

My first guess is a leak in the fuel system letting air in. If it sits for a while, it has to re-prime. Depending on how small a leak, you may or may not notice it. Check that you have the new fuel filter fully engaged into both connections (can be stiff) and also that the connectors aren't damaged.
