So a quick background/Mod list
p1sc procharger at 12.5 psi

On friday I went to launch the car, the car launched no issues, got about 3/4 of the way through 1st gear and then i heard a massive backfire. The car threw the wrench symbol and absolutely would not move. The car then would crank but not fire. Found out an intercooler pipe had popped off and then the engine became flooded.
The car ran fine for another 50 miles but now the car can't build boost without studdering.... feeling just off and I really don't think if I pushed it that it would build past 5 psi without breaking up real bad.
Shortly after this started happening my Fan stopped working completely. Not sure why. I waited for the car to cool off completely. Went to start her up and the car would crank but would not completely start without giving it some gas. Once she was started it idled fine, i rev'd it up a bit and still heard it break up when trying to build boost. (i was trying to rule out the possibility of the fan not working/correlating with the power issue via cutting back timing or something along those lines)
Before I pull out the spark plugs to see if they are fouled, anyone have an idea as to what could be causing this that would have an affect on my fan as well? (the fan is brand new as of November 2014)
