had the d1 for 2 weeks, sold it and the F series is a 1000x improvement

Haha, once I get the car running right I may consider it. Can I still use the same hideaway brain or do I have to switch that out too?

smaller screen. 6" i believe, but you gain a flash based memory system over a hard drive based, USB support, SD Card reader built in, Bluetooth Built in. Check out the F90BT. its the premiere version of the F900BT and has better audio stuff

smaller screen. 6" i believe, but you gain a flash based memory system over a hard drive based, USB support, SD Card reader built in, Bluetooth Built in. Check out the F90BT. its the premiere version of the F900BT and has better audio stuff

But is the hide away brain the same?

The pioneer Avic Z series navigation units had a removable hard drive in them. This drive contained all of the programming and map data, plus about 10gb of free space for music.

Hmm, wasn't aware it was removable; the literature that comes with the unit doesn't make that very plain...
