CEL with no trouble code?

3 times now I've had a CEL come on. Plugged in the tuner, no trouble codes found. Cleared the trouble codes with the tuner, CEL is gone.

05 GT, FRPP Bullitt intake, Predator 91 octane performance tune. That's it, 39K miles.

seen this happen when its throwing the code for something the tuner doesnt recognize. i had a code for torque management my trinity said there wasnt a code but when i hooked my snap on ethos up to it i saw the code. next time you have a code just run it to advanced or autozone and let them throw the scanner on there for you

good info, thanks. My son in law has a generic OBD II scan tool. I'll borrow his.
