Changing Fuel Pump and Filter next step from car not staying running

My 06 has been dying or not stay running and running rough or surging. I changed the crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor, fuel injection pressure regulator, fuel rail pressure regulator sensor and fuel pump control module. The next step is the fuel pump and filter. I can't find an OEM fuel pump as they seem to be discontinued. What is the next best thing or where can I find one? I suppose I will be taking the tank out and cleaning it to do this. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you scanned it with a real-time scanner (not just a code reader)?

I did with two different scanners which is why I changed some of the parts. Didn't solve the problem, so I brought it to a mechanic, and they said the fuel pump and filter were the next steps. They didn't tell me anything if they scanned it, but I will ask them. I will also look up what a real time scanner is since I don't know. Thanks
