Picked up my DS & DR's Saturday from Tillman Speed and installed the DS last night.

Thanks CR!

Install took around 3hrs of BS'n and double/triple checking everything. It wasn't that hard at all and we only ran into one issue. The BMR Frt DS Loop's lower bracket wouldn't fit with the Prochamber midpipe. We had to 'modify' it alittle.

Didn't get to lay into her yet as it was late and I had a ton of suspension parts in the trunk that we didn't get time to install.. so I didn't want them flying around. ..but, it's a noticeable difference and NO VIBRATIONS clean past 110mph.

That looks good. Congrats. Nice mod on the D/S loop. I like the lift inbetween the rafters.

Looks good. What tires are on that FX4 in the background? I've been thinking about new tires for mine and ditching the Pirelli's.

don't worry....if it vibrates, you'll know it for sure.

thank goodness we have a ds that doesn't vibe on the first try:thumb:
Those have been available for years... aka, the PowerHouse driveshaft. I put mine on in 2006 and it's been perfect from the very beginning.

And as a side benefit... PowerHouse is a supporting vendor here at S197Forum.com.

Thanks guys!

05yellowGT: No clue. I'm sure my buddy told me, but he was going back and forth between 4 different brands.. not sure which one he eventually went with. I do remember helping him put that lift on it to clear them though. lol!

Congrats!! Great mod. Good write-up and pix are always appreciated. Thanks. Glad to hear all is good. A little lighter on her feet now...isn't she! Vibration problems have haunted us for years, especially those lowered. For anyone contemplating a one piece in the future I've also heard good things about trouble free NVH issues with the Spydershaft. Last paragraph...

There have been alott of vib problems with spydershafts on some peoples car !

If you do a search you will see ......The only one I know of is the Coast the one in the thread that doesnt have any problems and the new Dynotech .....a true bolt on !!!! NO adapter plate or pinion flange needed you should check that one at also !
