Converter lock point

For all you 6r80 guys, when is you converter scheduled to lock under WOT? What are your 330', 1/8 and 1/4 times and mph. If you have changed lockup points what did you gain or lose and what were the points changed from?

I'm going to start playing around with it to see if I can squeak out all the e/t I can from the car as it sits.

Edit: mods to your car would be beneficial.
