Crazy humming coming from driver side valv/cover-EGR area

Got this crazy noise coming from the front of the car 2010 4.0 v6 mustang sounds like a constant hum,kicks off a little when rpm is up and then hums hard when you let off the gas anyone here experienced anything like this? Using stethoscope sounds like it’s vibrating through the egr but may not necessarily be rooted there I’ve double checked all vacuum hoses I’m kinda at a loss here I have a video but it won’t let me upload here
